After several months of prayer and discussion and discernment, the Session at its August meeting unanimously voted to participate in the Acts 16:5 Initiative.  This program, sponsored by Salem Presbytery, is designed to help churches navigate through the process of taking the necessary steps to insure the future vitality and strength of Faith Presbyterian.  Working with the pastor, a Vision Team of six people will soon begin the work of stepping forward on this exciting adventure.  The September Newsletter has an article about this Initiative, and there are links below that will take you to the Salem Presbytery Acts 16:5 page, as well as the Learning Institute page, which is the parent of Acts 16:5.  Consult this page often for updates and information on how this is going.  And please be in prayer for all involved in this exciting process.  Thanks be to God!
